Well...Hope you are surprised!! Iam sure you would not have expected this kind of a topic and an entire blog on it from me!! Unrelated to ECE and unrelated to Cricket!! So it doesnt fall into any of my two passions!!
Maybe, this reveals the OTHER interest of mine. Partially inspired by my mom's current role in BSNL, partially by my own role in IEEE Student Branch at SASTRA!! But When did i develop a passion for Marketing?? Can't say i developed a passion....but this is a new venture in my Interest Set!!
This is THE first step in this topic for me and well, let me start off with my practices to impress a customer of your product!!
TELL them about it. Yes, very simple. But Keep telling them about it, pepper them with its pros. They will ask you "Why this", Make them say "Why Not". This transformation is the success of your marketing. I can quote an example here, Well my Busmates would know it better...How much i peppered them regarding Sankalp (a techfest in which i was events head, not even marketing(??), P.S.: they never said why not for sankalp)
KNOW your product first. You vouch for something, but you dont know fully about it?? Thats horrible and that gives a very bad impression. SO know your product out and out. If you're gonna write a test on it, perhaps you should manage 100/100. (this is the problem i face many times, i tell people about BSNL and its plans, when they ask some detail, i can only blink a lot of times).
So Let me conclude this post here. More in the upcoming posts. Hope you would appreciate this new attempt and post your comments.
